The Second Edition makes a number of important stylistic, organizational, and substantive changes. Taking each in order briefly, the second edition addresses stylistic errors, typographical errors, and like in an effort to improve readability. Organizationally, the second edition streamlines material covered in the first by ultimately slimming down some aspects of overall coverage in an effort to enhance readability, organization and, ultimately, student comprehension. Finally, the book addresses substantive changes including updates to caselaw governing the Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Amendments.
