Teacher’s Manual – 3rd Edition

The fourth edition of casebook includes many updates since the third edition in 2010. It includes significant new cases addressing the National Environmental Policy Act, the Clean Water Act, the Clean Air Act, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, regulatory enforcement, and the Endangered Species Act. Additionally, it includes a new chapter on regulatory takings law, including the Supreme Court's recent decision in Murr v. Wisconsin.
