Community Property in a Nutshell, 5th ed., summarizes community property laws in nine states (Arizona, California, Idaho, Louisiana, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin). It also includes basic coverage of community property option states (Alaska and Tennessee). Each chapter covers a main topic of community property law followed by a legal analysis of the cases and statutes of each of the nine community property states. Chapters are in-depth enough to be useful to students, lawyers, and legislators, but also accessible enough for easy reference.
