Commercial Law, Selected Statutes, 2025-2026
New book purchase includes complimentary digital access to the eBook.
This compilation of statutes and associated materials collects the major enactments governing commercial law. It includes the Official Text and Comments of the Uniform Commercial Code. Also included as a separate entry are the 2022 Amendments to the Uniform Commercial Code. Other entries include the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the Bankruptcy Code (other than its provisions governing stockbroker and commodity broker liquidations, municipalities and family farmer bankruptcies), select portions of the Internal Revenue Code, and the Commercial Credit Protection Act. The materials are current as of April 2025. Although this compilation is designed to accompany Walt’s
Commercial Law and its two component volumes, Payments and Credits and
Secured Transactions in Personal Property, as well as Walt’s Sales Law: Domestic and International, the compiled materials are likely to be referred to in any commercial law textbook. The compilation therefore is suitable for use as a supplement in sales, payment systems, secured transactions and commercial law survey courses.
