Trialbook, Crafting Your Case
Trialbook and the forthcoming trialbook.org site allow advocates to:
- Readily access their very own advocacy mentor.
- Augment ideas, approaches, and content from other sources.
- Preserve their case presentations in a singular and accessible place.
The inventive contents and accompanying LLM-backed system offer personalized on-demand support to enhance advocacy talents. These materials permit advocates to create and enhance their own approaches attuned to specific cases. The GenAI tool can generate practice scenarios, help develop compelling arguments, and provide feedback on specific presentations and examinations.
Advocates can initially rely on this proprietary AI system and this book’s insightful contents with prompting queries and directions. Then, advocates can review, modify, improve, verify, and select the best approaches from among the produced planning materials and preparation documents. In essence and in practice, advocates can craft their very own Trialbook for their cases reflecting their very own best practices.
This is truly a comprehensive text and ground-breaking AI system for students and lawyers. Forthcoming editions will include future LLM and Gen AI advancements heralding and explaining contemporary advocacy developments.

CasebookPlus combines three important elements:
- A new print or digital casebook
- Access to a downloadable eBook with the ability to highlight and add notes
- 12-month access to a digital Learning Library complete with:
- Chapter questions keyed to the casebook
- Black Letter Law questions (available in select subjects)
- Subject area review questions for end of semester use
Leading digital study aids, an outline starter, and audio lectures in select subjects
Students can still utilize CasebookPlus digital resources if they've purchased a used book or are renting their text by purchasing the Learning Library at westacademic.com.
With CasebookPlus, you can customize your students' learning experience and monitor their performance. The quiz editor allows you to create your own custom quiz set, suppress specific quiz questions or quiz sets, and time-release quiz questions. Additionally, the flexible, customized reporting capability helps you evaluate your students' understanding of the material and can also help your school demonstrate compliance with the new ABA Assessment and Learning Outcomes standards.
