Author Matthew Stephenson has detailed class-by-class teaching notes as well as old final exams that he is willing to share. Please reach out to your Account Manager or Professor Stephenson for more information.

The new edition contains two new principal cases: Bostock v. Clayton County in Chapter 1, and Seila Law v. CFPB in Chapter 3. There are other changes throughout (mainly new or expanded/revised notes, and additional citations to more recent cases and scholarly articles), but no other changes to the overall structure of the book or the principal teaching cases.
